HP notebooks with Ubuntu?
Symlink.ch [writes|http://www.symlink.ch/articles/05/08/25/131248.shtml] about HP notebooks being available with preloaded a customized Ubuntu version – that is, KUbuntu with some HP specific tools.
The news entry references and [old heise.de article|http://www.heise.de/newsticker/meldung/58740] from April this year, where it writes “Geräte werden mit FreeDOS ausgeliefert. Eine CD mit dem angepassten Ubuntu Linux liegt bei.”, which means they are preloaded with FreeDOS and an Ubuntu install disc is packaged.
