Google Hungary
Google’s Hungarian subsidiary started with 25 million Forints (~= $125.000) capital. Management includes [David C. Drummond|http://www.google.com/corporate/execs.html#david], [George Reyes|http://www.google.com/corporate/execs.html#george], [Nikesh Arora|http://www.google.com/corporate/execs.html#nikesh]. The seat is the as the auditor’s ([BDO Kontroll|http://www.bdo-kontroll.hu/]). First reported by Nepszabadsag, I’ve read about it in HUP.
I wrote this down, as I haven’t found any english press releases.
As the seat is common with the auditor, maybe there wont be much happening soon, but who knows. At least the google.hu domain could get back to Google, right now it is used by a concurrent search engine, [Kurzor.hu|http://www.kurzor.hu/] and Google is at [google.co.hu|http://www.google.co.hu/].
