FFmpeg VP3/Theora

After a long day hacking on our own [VP3|http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/VP3] decoding implementation in [FFmpeg|http://www.ffmpeg.org/], finally it works as desired, decoding flawlessly all the samples one passes to it.

There was a long standing off-by-one bug in the VLC initialization part, thus rendering it broken on PowerPC.

The new code can even decode the [HD|http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/High_definition_television] [Theora|http://www.theora.org/] (1280×1024 at 30fps) samples encoded by the [Elphel|http://www.elphel.com/] ([Wiki|http://wiki.elphel.com/index.php?title=Main_Page]) cameras.
